This website has some great features that we would like to make available to everyone in the neighborhood. The first being: this website will hold all the useful information pertaining to the neighborhood such as social events and neighborhood concerns. The second option this website has is mass email capability. In this fast paced society we would like to keep everyone informed on events and especially safety concerns in the area. But we need your help to do this. We can only email you if you are a registered user. To become a registered user click in the lower left hand corner on the home page and register this will help us keep you informed. Come one come all to the terrific event. Kids and parents dress up for this annual halloween party and dance. There is a cake walk, prizes and tons of food. You will not want to miss this event!!! This years event will be at Chavez Elem School on Friday Oct 24th from 7pm -8:30pm. If your last name starts between A-M please bring treats or baked goods and last names starting N-Z please bring juice boxes or bottle water. This year we will also be hosting a toy drive for Ronald Mcdonald House Charities. Children are encouraged to bring a new toy and place in the bins. Cost for members is free, non members is $10.00 |

Currently membership in the neighborhood association is at an all time low. Many things that the neighborhood enjoys such as: The Neighborhood Garage Sales, the Fourth of July Parade, the Fall Monster Bash, maintenance of landscape items and new social items including movie nights in the park; are in jeopardy of being lost. We currently are in need of volunteers to help keep these things going. There are many board positions open and many other areas to serve, to volunteer please indicate that on your postcard. Please check out our website for information on all events and activities that impact our area. We have many positions open including social / event coordinator, newsletter editor and/or website content manager, block captain coordinator and new member coordinator. We are also need people to volunteer to help with up keep of property as well. Please contact a current board member if you are interested in helping.
